Monday Reflection: The Power of Permission
Last week, I shared a series of “permission slip” posts—gentle reminders that you don’t need to earn permission to live in alignment with your design. But those posts weren’t just creative content.
They came from real moments. From the one-on-one sessions I’ve been doing.
Because again and again, I find myself reading for people who are waiting for the same thing: Permission.
✨ The Projector who needs permission to rest without guilt.
✨ The Emotional Authority who needs permission to take their time reaching clarity.
✨ The Undefined G Center who needs permission to not have their purpose all figured out.
It’s both heartbreaking and heartwarming to be the stranger who gets to say,
“You’re not wrong. You’re not broken. This is how you were designed to be.”
From the moment we’re born, we’re shaped by other people’s expectations.
Parents, teachers, friends—even the culture around us—tells us how we should be.
And so we learn to fit in, to perform, to conform. Even when it exhausts us. Even when it doesn’t feel right.
But the truth is: we are each designed to be incredibly unique.
Human Design gives us a blueprint—not of who we’ve been told to be, but of who we actually are.
And as I continue to witness person after person light up when they finally hear,
“You have full permission to be you,”—I realize just how important this work really is.
So this is my ask:
If Human Design has changed your life—even in a small way—please share it.
Tell a friend. Invite someone to explore their chart. Offer a reflection.
Because you might be the only one who ever says to them:
You’re allowed to be who you are.
Reflection Questions:
Was there a moment when Human Design gave you permission to live differently?
What part of your design brought you the deepest sense of relief or resonance?
Who in your life might be waiting for the permission they never knew they needed?
Let’s keep this ripple going. You never know whose life it might change.
I am very much looking forward to this workshop! Even with everything I have learned, I know there is so much more. This workshop is going to be such a blessing and magical. Thank you for hosting it.
